I've been curious about it since I read the board description a couple weeks back. The Stage rocker sounds like the perfect blend of 3 stage pop and continuous feel.

GIMMICK

jk, who knows. I dont like the fact that the company says 'you try it and tell us what you think'. It is as if the board is doubtful so they make you buy if first and let you decide if its the next generation or not. I dont know how many of these innovations are going to stay. I think the same basic wakeboard design is how the sport will continue. The only differences in boards are going to be width, length, rocker, and fin configurations (and that is all preference). The only real innovations that will actually help progress the sport are lighter, thinner, and stronger boards. I dont think cutting out holes in the board will really help you land a 360 or frontroll. The only way to land a trick is to practice.

Is there seriously holes through the tip and tail for water to pass through? I can't tell for sure from the pic..

I thought they were just the fin holes.

the description says the water actually flows over the board

Somebody needs to call Hyperlite and say "alright guys, you're making our sport look stupid now."

Well, I dont really know the whole reason for having water flow over the board? Wouldn't it make it harder to break loose from the wake.
