Looks like your arms are pretty far out, you will rotate faster if you keep them closer in.

Hey Cliff, when you figure it out and can do them, pm me and tell me the trick. From the guys who do them on my tramp, they go much higher, first of all, and secondly, they don't go out the back as much, more of a straight reverse cartwheel motion. u gotta keep the handle tight at your hip. that'll make you spin faster. you just gotta jump high first and just slowly start the cartwheel, once u get the bounce and get height then look over your shoulder and tuck your knees in tight, and just remember the keep the handle tight the whole trick. <BR> <BR>ill post a video in a sec.

your flipping before you even jump so if you wake version looks the same I would say wait.
