CTI support?

Does anyone know where I can contact CTI about possibly replacing my velcro straps and getting a touch up on my brace?

It's a custom and its been serving me well but after 4 solid years of use it could use some repair lol I've tried emailing CTI twice and have had no success receiving a response...

call company ask for rep in your area number, call him and then give him your credit card number, usually $60, pretty simple, I have done it twice now

Mine is not a custom but I'd like to know too. Please share what you find. Thanks

Ossur's custom knee braces carry a lifetime warranty, nothing feels as good as a brace with fresh hinges and pads! I think Hate is right, new straps are about $60. Sometimes Ossur will replace the straps other times they won't. For anyone snowboarding, riding moto, or needs patella protection they just redesigned their patella cup, way more convenient to install / remove and a lot more comfortable.

my roommate uses electrical tape to hold his cti brace in place. I believe he likes it better than the straps since it sticks to his leg better and he hardly needs to adjust it while riding

The contact info Ross provided is correct. The Ossur Customer Service number is the most efficient way to get parts and accessories ordered :800.233.6263
The limited lifetime warranty is for the carbon frame and Accutrac hinge. Soft components (straps, padding, etc.) are covered by a 6 month warranty.

Reminder: I always have our professional athletes use our AMS wrap (anti-migration system) to help keep the brace in place for water sports. It is free if ordered with your brace - so tell your doc or whoever fit you that you want the AMS wrap. Also, dipping your brace in the water to get the straps wet before you apply the brace helps as the straps will stretch a little bit when they first get wet. Better to apply the brace with them stretched out first.

See some of your guys at Wake Games next week. We are sponsoring Xtreme Action Sports Medicine to be there and supply free sports medicine support to all athletes competing. Ride safe and have fun everyone!!!
