ACL repaired and its time to ride again, but

It well be one year in June that I had my ACL repaired. I'm nervous about my first ride, does anyone have a good opinions on what others in my shoes did to "get back on the horse"?

I had surgery (hamstring allograph, medial and lateral meniscal repair) one year ago last week and have been riding since November. A year later man you'll be golden... I'm riding better than I ever have with nothing but a little swelling now and then to show for it. If you rehabbed hard and have a good brace go charge it dude.... you're fine.

Im 4 months out of surgery. Pattelar graft and lateral meniscal repair. Knee feels really good, this was my 2nd surgery on the knee. Have started riding cable and behind my boat. A lot of fundamental riding switch and one wake jumps in and out. Patellar tendon is sensitive if I board to long. Its good for your knee to start with small jumping and a lot of riding to get all the muscles that PT doesnt get back into shape used to working again. A brace also instills a lot of false confidence, they dont do much but they make you feel more secure so you can get back to riding
