I was out last weekend and I finaly jumped W2W, but I could only do it once... the very first time I tried that day I just had the right mindset and whent for it, it was so cool! It seemed as if time slowed down and the wind blowing at me as I flew over the wake then I camd down with a nice soft landing, oh it was so awsome!

But it sucks I could only do it that first time! I dont know what I did differant the other times, but i would take off nicely but then about a second later the boat would pull me into a raley and the landing was so horible!

Anyone got a clue what i did right the first time, and wrong every other time?

Thanks,
Dave

Simple answer, keep your hands in, the handle close. If you let your hands drift away, the centrifigal force will take your feet away and a major crash will follow. Don't do that.

Keep the handle in your crotch, chest out, looking at the shore, not the water.

I went w2w on Sunday in the Delta. Landed it 2 or 3 times, with Tammy, Cory & Cabin's(sp?) help (only my 3rd time out ever). What Potter said is exactly what they all kept telling me. I could get the air, just couldn't land them...

^^^ That landed me every time (when I did it). "Stand tall at the wake" also helped me get the air needed. It's an awesome feeling coming down the other side of the wake. SO much easier than landing somewhere in the middle. Lol
