I just wanted to let everyone know that BoardersMall is going through a transition period where a new vendor will be taking over the site. They are trying to get orders out as fast as possible, but have minimal staff at the moment. This only applies to closeout gear. All 2010 gear is "good to go".
Things should be running full speed within this month. I personally want to thank all of you that purchased through the company. It was a pleasure to help out so many people around the world. |

Wish I had known that before this last order, what a diaster it has turned out to be, will never be ordering again from them based on the new owner. Just plain rude and ignorant.

Good luck Ant. I've ordered a lot from you guys. Had a problem with a board once, but you guys took care of it and made the deal right. I was kind of wondering why the BBB.com was slowing down.

From what I can see they are hawking the same small set of items since the transition. Same old stuff.

i dont know why but i still check it everyday. my favorite is when its sold out and they keep it posted for 1-2 days. good

I don't even bother looking anymore. It seems like all they ever have is womans gear on closeouts.

I couldn't get the online order form to work so I called and left two messages telling them I wanted to purchase something. No return phone call. Down the tubes they go.......

Yea, no return calls to us either. What a joke they have turned into. Bug had a great thing there for awhile, ditto on "down the tubes"

I'm trying to work a warranty claim with them and I get nothing. Ronix isn't helping - they keep saying to contact the company I bought them from.

i don't get why you would take something over and expect it to last by not even going about normal business. BBB was a staple site in my morning routine, I don't think the new vendor will ever understand that this has been lost

I have spoke to the new guy and was he ever ignorant and said "dont buy from us" when I had a slight issue. Unreal!

Too bad it was a great site. I ordered alot of items from them and had nothing but great customer service. Even visited the shop at Tower Marina when it was open. Sorry to see them suffer

I ordered a 2010 Liquid Force SST Wakeskate 40.5 for $254 shipped to Canada. The price was so good I had to order it from them.
I sent 4-5 emails and left just as many messages on their voice mail. After 4 business days, I finally got my tracking number. YIKES! |
I think BBB has had the same 08 Hyperlite Symbol Wakeboard Bindings on the site listed as sold out for at least a month now?
