My handle is ripping and I was wondering if you all have ever sent anything back to them (liek a handle) I have used it for 3 months and its already ripping. but I love the freakin handle

I called them when my started fallling apart and heres what they said. Take it to ANY hyperlite dealer... weatrher you bought it there or not... that dealer will call hyperlite and get a return authorization number (RA#) and they will send it to hpyerlite.... they should have a new one out to your shop in 2 weeks

I bought my premier from Wakeside. I talked to HL a few days ago about some binding parts and also told them my handle was coming apart. They sent me the binding parts but said i have to go through Wakeside to warranty my handle.
