My prediction, 2006 will be the year of smelly bindings. With the closed toes and all water is just going to sit in there and rot. The 07 bindings will probably have to come with built in air fresheners.

There is plenty of binding that are not closed toe, I am lookin forward to the 06 CWB Zeus hinge Tech, got to try them out last week they are sick.

the hyperlite closed toe has drain holes - there shouldn't be any retained water

The shane's look like they'd be smelly... just like my wakeskate shoes.

They all have drain holes, but I was talking to the LF designer and he said you don't even need them because the water drains out fine on its own. He said they pretty much just put them there because they knew people would want to see some kind of drainage before they buy them.

Look at the plates on the Shane and the Watson boots, they are a trip!!!

The Shanes look like clown shoes. The Watson's look sick though, and so do this years transits.
