Need some help/advice. I've got a 2004 Tige 221r. I've decided to take up some wakesurfing during the day when it's too choppy to wakeboard.

So anyways, we tried this past weekend with just moving people around in the boat and while we got a decent wake, we never got a great wake that we could ride for any significant distance.

I've typically got 6 to 8 people in the boat normally and have a couple of fat sacks that I can throw in there if it would help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We surf my buddies 22v which is the same hull and he has 1200 in the corner you are surfing and fills a bow sac(650) or so pounds. You don't have to have the bow sac, but my buddy wants a long wave, but the tige produces a great wave with just the 1200and play with taps a bit.

When you're weighting the corner, how far back are you putting the sacs? One of my buddys actually have the fat sac hanging over the edge on the back corner (I assume to get the weight back as far as you can). I'm wondering if that will make the wake better than putting it in the storage locker or not.

I'd a lot rather just store it out of the way in the locker, but if it makes the wake better than I'm willing to give it a try.

He just puts it in his vdrive locker, and also under the seat just forward of the locker running forward. But this is a 22v, I don't know what your lockers look like.

My lockers aren't too much different, they're just down the side of the boat. Actually I'd think they'd be awesome for keeping the sacs out of the way, since they're about as wide.

I'll give it a go this weekend and find out I guess.
