I recently purchased a black 2004 EXT and I am now looking to put some 22" rims on it. I am hoping to get a rim that is mostly chrome with some black accents. Below are some pics of rims I am considering. Which one's do you guys like best?

another vote for stock rims.

I would go with 4.

I bet these would look tight on a Caddy. Just thought I would throw it out there.

http://www.bossmotorsports.com/custom_chrome_wheels.cfm?id=355#

Otherwise, my vote is for #1.

(Message edited by jmuthafnp on December 31, 2007)

Hey Man, put these 22's on my tahoe last summer and think it turned out good! they are gear alloys "double pumps" there are some other legit rims on the site too...

Post a pic of the ride that you want to put these on.
1 or 3.

Well, change of plans. I was set on buying the first rims listed above (#1), but I just found out that the black insert is actually just a sticker they put on there, so I am definitely not doing that.

I am now thinking of going with the Dropstars (#2) as I found a really good deal on them. The only thing I am worried about now is that the rims come with either Nankang or Linglong tires, which I have heard are pretty cheap tires. Anyone know anything about Nankang or Linglong?

Here is a better pic of the DS03's and another pic of a black EXT like mine. This is not my truck, but very similar. Right now mine has the front windows tinted dark also and I have a chrome vertical grille on the front. Let me know what you think...

Me personaly I don't like aftermarket wheels that have center caps to cover the lugs. Nice ride! Who cares what we think though just get a wheel that you like.
|
JKW: I have seen your year EXT with wheel #2's
They look great. They would be my shoice. If you look threw some of the older DUB mag's you can see what Im taling about Drop Star would use a black EXT with wheel #2 in there catalog
|
i am with Aaron all the way. Get ones that you can see the lugs. Looks alittle more classy to me.
|
I would def check out all the dropstar wheels a lot of them look really good on Caddy trucks. http://www.dropstars.com/
