How long should a battery last when you're sitting around just running the CD player? My battery almost died yesterday at the lake after running the CD player for around an hour or so. Do most run two batteries? Is it time for a new battery? <BR>

Also If you add up your Batterys you can doubble the run time. If you're gonna sit around and listen to the stereo very much, then yeah, you need to get a second battery (learned this the hard way). I would get a new battery if it died after 1 hour - especially since Summer is just getting started. I picked one up last week at Costco for $43.00. They have Optima blue tops there too, but they're $140.00 each.
