I get 733 lbs using canadian inches!

Yes. that is our sac. I estimate that we will lose the 28 pounds in the slight taper. We are looking at 700 pounds in our boats.

Cool...that's almost double of the stock bag...I'll be getting mine in in a month or so, just bought a new house and too busy packing and getting ready to move right now. <BR> <BR>Did you get your ballast system in ?

Finally I finished it and found out that they sent me the wrong dash switches. They are sending me out the right ones. I am going to take pics of everything and post the full instructions of what I did and how. It was very easy and inexpensive.

Ty, <BR> My bag is in. I filled it with a home made fake a lake and emptied it into five gallon buckets. I estimated, guessing for the water I did not catch, 8 buckets. You do the math. I am a little disappointed. But on the other hand it is more than the stock bag I took out. It did not completely empty with the pump, So I am sure that I am a little short on My estimate.

That has to be incorrect. That sac is twice as large as the old sac.

You have to remember John cant add. May have lost count. My bag may be folded. The sack is only going to fill to the max that the area around it will allow. That bag is huge.

The bag is huge, and you may be right that it is only filling as big as it can with the space that it's in. When I first opened mine my first thought was that is was bigger than the space it was going to be put in. I guess I'll have to wait and see when I put mine in. I just hope it doesn't end up being less weight than stock.

It can not be less. It is going to put more weight forward. I have been running the stock bag 500 lbs in the back 500 lbs over the locker the wake has great shape and seems to be more consistent in rough water. You will be happy! <BR> Chuck are You still riding? Have not seen You out yet.

John- <BR> <BR>Not riding now, I'm an early spring to late fall rider. My first passion is motocross, and I'm riding/racing a lot right now, 2-3 times a week. I'll start getting back out to the lake in April probably. I'm moving to Castaic at the end of the month, so I'll be out there a lot this season. <BR> <BR>I was hoping this bag would hold closer to the 700 pounds we were thinking it would, as I don't want to run any more sacks...have to wait and see how it works out I guess.

if you fill it with fresh water its 62.4 pounds per sq. ft. if its salt water its 64.08 pounds per sq. ft.

Right on guys. After measuring, we are looking at about 700 pounds. 750 is what lgr estimated.

from my measurements of the inside of the hull and the sac. John had to have a fold or air or something i am guessing as the sac is a monster.

Ty - <BR> <BR>If you assume the bag is "pillow shaped" vs. cube shaped, you lose some volume. I did a quick calculation assuming the sides along the length of the sack were 1/2 round with a 4.5" radius. <BR> <BR>Using your figures otherwise, I come up with 677 lbs.
