Heel Lift Solved?
 

I've been having a problem with heel lit, especially after my first session. Yesterday, however, I bent my knees some and put a lot of weight on my heels before I laced my Shane's, and surprise no heel lift. So, if you're having heel lift problems, try weighting your heels up before lacing up.
