I'm goin to the Delta this weekend, hows the h20 temp over there?

tonis 04-25-2007 11:27 AM

This weekend I would say mid 60's water and mid-high 80's air temp. Just bring your trunks.

jarrod 04-25-2007 11:36 AM

was 62 yesterday. I trunked it no problem.

olddude 04-25-2007 12:26 PM

62 is friggin cold man, gotta be 66 or so before I trunk it!

ironcross25 04-25-2007 1:08 PM

trunk it like they all say 100 degree rule. I trunk it in ohio april and may and water is cold. mid 50's maybe 60 with air temp like 60. Then again I am not used to warmth all year.

im comfortable in a top piece. i could go without, but im not trying to prove anything, i just like to be comfortable.

My kids wakeboarded all winter in drysuits, and now they are in shortys. With the coming warm weather, they'll be trunkin' it or wearing a 2mm top very soon.

jcstudebaker 04-25-2007 2:22 PM

I was out there yesterday afternoon in trunks, nothing to prove and I was fine. However this weekend it is suppossed to be 90s save your top peice the trouble of delta scum and trunk it.

It's actually cooled off a bit here over the last 2 weeks (low 60's) but it should be back up by this weekend. (hi 60's).

Something is up though Chris put away the drysuit and rode with just his sleeves Sunday nite. This was after watching Rusty just tear up cr@p water with trunks/T-shirt only!

Maybe he thought it would help him ride like that!
