I'm asking because i just bought a 08 Hyperlite Roam,and I here they break alot so will it be a pain in the slay bells to get another roam. or should i be very careful,how easily do they break if you only do presses and no rails.

Hype is pretty good about taking care of you fast. there have been times where i called them on a monday and had a replacement by thursday.

I recently had a very good experience with Hyperlite's customer service. They will take care of you as long as it's within reason.

hyperlite is the best i have had plenty of experience with the customer service department and there really cool give them a shout i bet they will help

depending on where you live and how close you are to a dealer it may be easier for you to just go in to the shop as well. if the shop has them in stock most of the time they will just swap it out right there for you so you dont have to even deal with HYPE directly and wait for them to ship you a board

They are great. I had the 06 Drive boots which tore after a few months. My shop sent them back for replacements. The second set of 06 Drive boots tore again (bad design). HL replaced them with the 07 model. Same design and they tore again after a few months. HL then replaced these with a new 08 model which have had no issues.

I've always received amazing service from Hyperlite. They have replaced boards that were many, many years old. Their service has always impressed me.

I have always purchased Hyperlite products because of how great they have taken care of me and every issue I have had over the last 4 or so years. I second Jason's point, my ride shop has also been terrific in helping me manage the process.

Hyperlite did an excellent job helping me out when I broke my Parks, a par of 3DS boots, and a Roam in one summer ;-)

I must be the exception, I took a tumble on my roam and the inserts ripped out. <BR> <BR>I had it shipped from the US to Ireland, Hyperlite told me to go to the shop I bought it from, Boardersmall who in turn told me to go to hyperlite.....and the circle of pass the blame went on until I just gave up. <BR> <BR>That was my first and only Hyperlite. Lesson learned.

If you are not hitting rails and you break your roam it will most certainly get warrantied. I have only broken mine when I hit the pavement falling off a rail.

They were great for me. They sent me a brand new pair of bindings when mine ripped, and then since they took so long to be shipped to me, they sent me another pair of a newer version of their bindings for free!

Hyperlite has great customer service, the best I have seen.
