Stephen, <BR>That is a 30... We give him (John McCain in the Pic) a hard time about needing to add some sacs.. <BR>the crew was what you see plus 2 adults totalling around 300lbs.. needed a Little more weight... the X30 with about 6-8 adults and factory is nice.. <BR>Halloween face in the pic has 08 XStar with the proX ballast system added on.. he plumbed the front 2 sacs to be able to operate independently so we could fill one side for surfing.. you fill factory ballast and rear proX plus most of front proX and it is a great wave for Xstar. <BR>If you want easy, great surf wave, add the proX setup to your X45.. <BR>with just factory and this crew, we have to keep a bit of a left turn going to keep the wave.. <BR>obviously, the ladies and the young guy got a better wave than us since they weigh less and more of us in the boat. <BR>SO, to answer you question, cheap, take 6-8 friends, spend a little, add the pro-x setup. <BR>DTW... <BR>Yep.. good times.. <BR>here is a small youtube vid of the wake: <BR><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwbAKbETQHg" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwbAKbETQHg</a>
