Fixing Deep Scratches

I've got several deep scratches on my 211 and I'm trying to see if anybody has fixed deep scratches like these without having to wet sand the entire boat. All of these scratches seem to have gone through the clear coat but not deep enough to see fiberglass. Does that mean it just damaged the gel coat? Sorry this is my first swing at a repair like this. Here's some pics: (sorry about the size)

All of them came from two different incidents and the scratches in the last one are the deepest. TIA
