I am interested to know if anyone has had a stretched ACL and/or MCL tightened ? I have read about thermal shrinking...anyone tried it? What time was required for recovery? What sort of long term sucess did you have? <BR> <BR>I have already had a reco and then hurt it again a couple of years down the track. I have been riding with a stretched ACL and stretched MCL for some time now. It is really crapping me as it limits my riding....I am buggered if I want to do a full reco again.
