Dane, I have heard the 04 VLX will have a hard tank in place of the locker sack, 1 piece winshield, new graphic on the side (not much change), 340 hp motor, improved carpet(??) and retractable pylon. There may be some other changes that I didn't get and haven't confirmed these with the factory. If anything here is incorrect I apologize. <BR> <BR>Greg

We've covered the major changes over on MBO, but the big deal is a new LSV that uses the SV23 hull. It will be the flagship wakeboarding boat. We should have info available by the 4th.

Yes I have already ordered an 04 VLX. What Greg said is true, although the standard engine is a 320hp. The monsoon is now 340hp and is an option. I got the monsoon. I heard the carpet will only be on the floor (not behind side panels) but I am not really sure on all the changes. One piece windshield, how can that be with a walk thru????? I ordered black main color, black 1st accent, moonbeam hull base and deck base. Moonbeam and platinum interior. This boat like my last will have all the toys. I know they are using Sony Stereo for 04. I am going to get a painted galvanized trailer (thanks Aki for the pics on WW) with the prop guard casters. This should be a SWEET boat, but I have to wait about 4 weeks for it. Good thing I have friends down here, it would suck to not have a boat for July here! <BR>
