Thinking of a recruit and not sure if a 139 or a 143. I am 175 lbs, 6' tall.

I currently ride a O'Brien player 138, which I love although sometime I think a little bigger may be nice on landings. I was originally thinking a Natty would be my next board but now I am thinking with all the new technologies I would try something different.

How does the Recruit compare to the Player or Natural?

Also, will the Zues' fit on the Recruit?

You should for sure be on the 143 Recruit. I weigh the same but not as tall and ride the 43, and I love it! No lie, one of the funnist boards I've ever ridin. Compared to the player it is a lot better. That board seems to be way slow and grippy. It rides more like the Natural but much better. Its about as fast as the Natural but has much more snap off the wake and has softer landings. Your Zues' will fit on the Recruit by the way.

I've got a brand new recruit 139 that I have ridden twice for sale for $400. PM me

The Company boards are super light so you can step up the size without feeling like you have a huge board on you. The bigger board will give you more pop and softer landings too. I ride a Company Severance 142 and love it. Hope this helps.

Peace
P.F. Wakecrew
