On the drive out to the river 2 weeks ago, we lost 4 of the rubber tubes that line the board racks and a tweeter which popped out of the tower speaker. I contacted CS to ask about getting the rubber pieces and a tweeter replaced. I spoke with Gregg at CS and he advised me that he would send out some rubber pieces to us asap. He did just that and also included a tweeter in the box. Thanks for taking care of that. Everyone at CS has been great since day one: Mike in sales and Gregg and Brent in the service department.
