http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLDQBJ06ZCM

Tino does them well. But I've seen similar stuff from Henshaw at the wake.

Any tips on how to do this?

absoluteboarder 08-11-2009 1:07 PM

# 1 its easier on a flex board...and he is riding company.

#2 notice how on that one he is nearly horizontal

you really just have to lean back hard.....

and if your doing it at the side of the boat like he is its all about balance as you only have a bit of board in the water....just keep doing it and be overly agressive.

bzager 08-11-2009 1:58 PM

damn tino is sick!

hyule 08-12-2009 6:41 AM

thanks michael; will try this weekend.

mtownrydr 08-12-2009 8:32 AM

Tino looks like andy sanburg in this vid haha He's on a boat.

premierwake136 08-12-2009 10:44 AM

i think we should just start a new thread on how to ride like tino

deepsouthryda 08-12-2009 11:13 AM

this is one we took of him last time he came down to ride and one of me trying to follow by example. Definitely one of the sickest riders out there.

tinytdubb 08-12-2009 11:19 AM

what a smooth rider

wake_stephen 08-12-2009 11:27 AM

how do you do it on a non flex board?

bzager 08-12-2009 1:04 PM

.....like this....here's tino making it look just as good on an LF substance. found this pic in an old WBM. sorry for the bad quality.

What about Murray's tail press in Counterfeit This? Amazing!

mikemcmill 08-12-2009 6:25 PM

how bout that is a tige video and they have footage of him riding behind a malibu...haha

wakescene 08-17-2009 10:56 AM

Murray's tail press in Counterfeit This was on a Roam. Much easier to do on a Roam then a regular board or a flex board. I can pull some amazing tail and 180 Nose presses on my Roam...is a lot of fun.

gunnertom4593 08-17-2009 11:05 AM

Where did you get the idea he is riding behind a Malibu? Those are all tiges there haha..Their 09 Tower is similar looking to the malibu Illusion towers

deepsouthryda 08-17-2009 12:01 PM

it is a tad bit harder to do it on a non flex board but the picture of me above is on an lf substance. its just all about leaning back and pressing as hard as you can. it takes a while before you can really get them up there but once you do, they look STYLISH

bmartin 08-17-2009 1:27 PM

It is like hitting the easy button when you are pressing a flex board. Takes a little strength and balance to really dig it in, but pretty simple really. Pressing a traditional board is more than just a 'tad' bit harder IMO.

liquid_force24 08-18-2009 3:57 AM

Try this one on for size!

lfrider92 08-20-2009 7:51 PM

my dad actually does them really well. he rides a 142 watson, and gets them pretty high, and he gets them even higher on my 139 lyman, ill dig up some pics later

premierwake136 08-21-2009 7:51 AM

the such is life pictures is one of my all time favorites

fatsac 08-21-2009 8:33 AM

How much weight do you think their running in that Tige? No war here, only curious.

dabell 08-21-2009 9:03 AM

IMO, probably the standard ballast of 900 lbs $.02

cheesydog 08-23-2009 9:59 PM

Slingshot

mtownrydr 08-23-2009 10:53 PM

I am in orlando for a week and hit up the odub last night for the midnight sesh...rode a slingshot response and it was super easy to tailpress loads of fun. First time ridin cable and a flexy board. Amazing

boomshot 08-24-2009 2:49 AM

Some of these are tail and nose blunts/butters, but most are exaggerated speed-dumping wheelies.

cheesydog 08-24-2009 9:30 PM

^^^^^^ you really have nothing better to do but rag on everything huh?

wakeslife 08-25-2009 8:36 AM

Truth, how are they wheelies, I don't see any wheels.... Maybe you're thinking of skateboarding

wakeboardern1 08-25-2009 8:43 AM

No flex... This one was more of a wheelie, but I can generally press them up like that and hold it around turns. I just happen to remember this one being not well held.
