Surfing supra 21v 2006

I have been playing with my
Surf wake trying to get it dialed and I was wondering if anyone surfs this boat. What weight where, speed and trim plate setting? We have been using 750 in the v
Drive
Compartment and 1100 in the front compartment

I was kind of playing around as well with my new 05 21v. Tried surfing with 1100 center 650 rear and couple people and it seems i couldnt get it to be all that good unless i kept turning slightly left. It was the end of the day so i didnt have much time to play around. The next weekend after wakeboarding a buddy that rides goofy wanted to see that sides wake so i drained rear left and i had an additional 550 in the nose that was filled and that side wake looked really nice with 2 guys sitting on that side. I dont know if your boat does the same but for some reason when i have all ballast empty, me in boat, and a 3rd person same size as me in observers seat my boat still leans towards the drivers side. Because of that i am thinking i just need to add more weight for surfing.

1100 in the front seems way to much, IMO. But I also have never weighted this boat. I would put most of the weight in the back corner surf side, fill the center ballast, people sit on surf side, and maybe a few hundred pounds in front on surf side.

I didnt add 1100 additional, that is what the center ballast bag is. Next time out I am going to try all different things and see how it goes. Its actually pretty fun to play around with for now at least.

check out the Moomba forums as the boats are similar, and lots of discussion there. in mine we surf with a 600 up front , a 550 and a 200 under the surf side seats, 550 on the cabin floor on surf side and a 750 in the back locker, wakeplate between 1/8 to 1/3 down . this seems to work with only a driver and passenger in the boat. good luck.
