Hey. I've been riding a Catalyst 116, which I got on sale, for a while now but it just doesn't feel right. I'm considering trying out some wood skates, so I thought I would first see if anyone had any suggestions on good wood skates that are durable. I'm 6'2" and 175 lbs. just for reference. I think the 116 was too long in the first place. Thanks in advance for any help.
-Quin

Quin, Check out Oak. www.oakwakeskates.com
great wood decks, good feel and very very durable.

there are others that I'm sure are great wood boards, but I only have experience with the Oaks.

I have the catalyst 112 as well bought a scape which broke first run and they gave me a catalyst which i thought was pretty cool. But I find it hard to ollie the scape felt better i could never ride the catalyst like grubb. The integrity that nick taylor ride looks good but is it just that he makes the board look good?
