Tightening packing nut on SSV 20 2006
 

Has anyone toghtined a packing but for a SSV 20 2006?

yup. it's a pita to get to but it's doable. took 2 pliers and a lot of contortion.

If yours is the same as my sanger which I would imagine they are similar, go to harbor freight and buy 2 18" crescents ( I think they were 18")and I chopped the handlers to about 4" long do I could fit them worked like a charm and saved me $200 shop cost. The wrenches were like 30$ for both and now I can tighten when ever. Good luck
