We were lucky to get one of the first pairs of Rev10s for a good customer and we swapped out his Pro80s for the Rev10s. Here are some pics.

The gain on the 4ch was able to be increased slightly and the crossover was able to be turned much lower than any other tower speaker we have ever installed. Midbass was EXCELLENT and the horn was much more detailed. I had a limited about of fun time with the Rev10s before they had to head down the road but is seems that I like these tower speakers more and more each time I listen to them. The Rev10s were put to the test this afternoon at Camp Far West Lake and I hope to get some feedback soon. Enjoy Travis!

Ben, they ROCKED the boat today! what a great day on the water.... and I can definitely hear the improvement in the mid-bass and clarity of the high pitches compared to the PRO 80's.... Motley Crue "Kickstart my heart" never sounded better!

Nice job Wetsounds, the REVOLUTION series are definitely setting the standard in Marine tower speakers!

That boat needs at least two more pairs to fill that tower up..... Heheheheh. ;-)

(not to hijack)

Tim-
I sent a question in through your website's contact us form on Monday regarding a Rhino installation. Could you have someone reply when they get a chance? Thx.

TY,

I will check to see if they emailed back. Omar is the one who would be sending it, so double check your spam box as sometimes they wind up there.

I'll make sure you get a follow up in case he has not had a chance yet as it has been crazy! Sorry about the dely

why on earth would you allow 4 wakeboards on the back pad!

People are far too sensitive about the back sun pad. Every time a pic pops up with a board on it people lose their minds! Nice looking boat and speakers!

You obviously didnt pay attention to who wrote that reply LOL ... Look at Brians post on loading his LSV down =-)

Because its a boat, and we use it! you probably dont have kids... try telling 7 people (6 kids) getting ready for a 7 person wakeboard pull not to set there wakeboard on your swimpad.....GOOD LUCK!

What is the problem with setting a wakeboard on your back pad for a few minutes? My vinyl is in perfect condition, never had any problems with this on my VLX or my Supra.

BTW, seeing this picture makes me want to go back to Shasta.....LOVE that lake!

Congrats!

Speakers or new boat? Have been really enjoying my VLX this year, 118 hours this season, the wake is amazing, and the boat is just plain fun to be in and drive! and if your getting a pair of the Wetsounds REV 10's your gonna dig them too.... they rock!

ldebbold 08-31-2011 9:18 AM

Haha, Ben I agree. We've had a couple of minor mishaps on the swim pad, but with almost 800 hours and literally hundreds of 13 to 22 year olds on and off the boat thousands of times the vinyl has held up remarkably well. Besides, who knew it was a great place for high school football players to test their wrestling skills :))
