Need some amp help... For my car.
 

I didn't want to join a stereo forum for one question, and I haven't seen many knowledgeable stereo people on my car forums, so I thought I would ask here.

I have 2003 Mercedes C230 without Bose, and without fiber optics.
My stock sub must be a dual voice coil. It has pos. and neg. wires connected on two sides of the sub.
Can I take those four wires and connect them to an aftermarket amp through the line level inputs, then connect my aftermarket sub?
I won't be using the stock sub, it won't be hooked up.
