Underwater LEDS in a 'dirty' river

I am planning on adding underwater LEDs to my boat soon. Question is, I run my boat on a fast paced river that is pretty murky. It's of a brown/greenish color, dubbed the Muddy Maumee River.

I am considering a set of the Shadow Caster M6. Is there a color that works best in 'dirty' water than others?

Thanks!

Shadow Casters Come in Red Blue and Bimini Blue and Green and White.

I have seen pics of boats at the Delta with Blue and Green and Green seems to be pretty good in Murky water.

I don't think Red would do you and favors

I agree. My lake is dirty and green works very well. I have seen the same set up in blue, and side by side, there wasn't a huge difference.

Lumitec Sea Blaze 3.. FYI

I boat in murky water and have had red and blue. Neither seemed much brighter than the other. The main difference I notice is the outer reaches of the blue lights end up being a light blue color, the outer reaches of the red lights end up essentially looking pink. For that reason I like the blue lights better.

Here's blue in pretty dirty Delta waters.

Sheldon - those look great!

I have narrowed my search down to two lights, the ShadowCaster 10s in blue or the RGB Abyss Starfish.

I think the ShadowCasters might be brighter, but am concerned if they will 'fit' my boat well. The transom seems to be slightly curved throughout and I'm not convinced these will sit flush against the boat. This could be a deciding factor.....

Suggestions are appreciated!

You should also look at the seablaze x lights they are a little cheaper and have as much output as the ones you listed
