Today was an amazing day. I got pulled by a winch. My buddy put it together using parts around his shop. We went to a park with a big pond thats only a mile or two from my house. The park isn't open yet but we just went around the fence. I was really surprised by how much fun it is. Even though the park wasn't open we still had about 10-12 people wathcing us. Everybody thought it was pretty cool. I wish I had brought my camera. Has anyone else gone wakeboarding or wakeskating by being pulled by a winch?

We were olling over the barrel. While we were riding we saw at least 4 cops drive by but not a single one stopped. We did it for about an hour and a half. It was a lot of fun.

Fun as hell huh!

That's funny, I saw that pic and it looked like gilbert. I live right across from Chapparral park in scottsdale and I think about winching it every time I drive by...I just need a winch...although, I'm guessing that the cops wouldn't like it too much, nor would the old people...

I have thought about winching where I live so many times. Anyone know Westlake in Natomas? We could say what's up to Bibby and the Maloofs as we wakeboard by.

The maloofs might be into it, who knows? As for winching, I've only wakeskated once, but I'm definitely down to try it a few times, or just wakeboard, either way, I'm good. I'll send you a PM for sure.
