Speaker clearance/mounting problem... suggestions
I am sure this is a common problem on my boat, malibu sunsetter. I installed new speakers and just put my rear seat back in today after getting it re-upholstered. When lifting rear seat up to gain access to the storage, the seat hits the speaker grill. What is the best solution here?? Bottom mount the speakers? ideas for a slim grill if bottom mounting?

speaker spacer or rings. You can paint them white. This is what I had to do in my boat.
