Liability release

I'm currently looking for a place to set up some obstacles that I can actually leave in place for the summer instead of pulling them every night. I've stopped by a couple places, and understandably, liability is a big concern for them. Is there a way we can transfer liability to the rider with a release, like cable parks do? Or somehow shield the landowner from any liability?

I was thinking if we leased the land from them, and we put up the structures, maybe that would release him, but I don't know for sure. Any insight?

Contact a lawyer in your state. A waiver can be created for just about anything, but how well it holds up in court depends on the lawyer who drafts it and the state you reside in.

Cable Parks have insurance policies as well as the release.

I would agree contact a Lawyer.
