Hey Arun and all others involved in putting on the Wake Surf Jam, THANKS. It was fun.

Arun,
Couldn't make it, but I was wondering if you will be posting an article and pics?

alan_bogdanoff 06-29-2004 9:11 PM

Glad you had fun Rene - that's what we were trying to acheive.
Arun should have some pics and info on the event shortly.

norcal_99 07-01-2004 12:07 AM

Alan, Thanks to you and Sean (aka xxxlwake) too.

Hey props to Alan and Arun, I heard from the grape vine that the event was a success. Hey Al props to you for having the strength and determination to go through with the weekends event after everything you went throught the week before. By the way I had fun partying on the fourth. God bless. And may the partnership between you and Arun continue to further the sport of wakesurfing. Take it easy guys.

Thanks Sdorovi,
Yea my wife and I had a bad week. But it's all God's plan, not ours.
Thanks for your support,
Just wait till next year - We have things brewing in our heads.
Arun did a kick @ss job. He did this thing all by himself along with Tony from Pimpdaddy. I was too busy slamming nails and talking on my mobile.
It was nice spending the 4th with you Kiko.
I wouldn't have it any other way!
God Bless.

alan_bogdanoff 07-06-2004 8:38 PM

Also,
this whole thing would not happen with out the help of A-M.
Thanks A-M!

Hey Arun and Alan, are you folks going to hold a second annual contest? Last year's was great!

poon 06-01-2005 11:23 AM

Hey Jeff,
Unfortunately, Wakesurf Jam will not happen this summer because the county has a new supervisor in charge and he is not allowing us to close the lake for the day. Kind of a bummer... Don't worry though because we will be another wakesurf event as soon as we get a county to co-op with us.
Thanks,
Arun

That's good news, I hope that you hold a bunch over the years. BTW, we are taking the boat out every weekend at this point and most Wednesday's during summer months. Feel free to come up and test any or all of the wakesurf boards we have. I think at last count we have about 9 iterations.

Take care
Jeff

poon 06-03-2005 11:03 AM

Jeff, I definitely would like to get up there sometime soon to test out a few of the boards. I am guessing you guys are entering the World WakeSurf Championships, right?

Also, my wife and I just opened up a Board Shop in San Jose www.ohanaboardshop.com and if you want to sell some of the boards on consignment we can put a few in the shop.
06-03-2005 11:16 AM

That's sweet! Best of luck on the new shop. We'll have to run down there and check it out. We'll be at the World's! We'll see you there is not sooner. If we get down there before you have a chance to come this way, would you like us to leave you a few to test or play with? You could return them at the worlds.

Let me talk with Mike and see if we can't get you a few boards for your shop.

http://www.thewalkerproject.com/wakesurf/

Take care and again, much success.

Jeff
poon 06-03-2005 12:01 PM

Jeff, if you have a chance to come by with some boards that would be great.

Thanks,
Arun

I'll gather up four or five for you to play with. Do me a favor? Grab some digital pic's and/or a MOV file and burn a CD for me? I've seen you spin some sick 360's, I'll bet you can do a 720 on at least one of these, as well as having enough drive for air off the lip.

I'll see you before mid-July.

Take care

Jeff
