Is it possible to pull a tantrum on a boat as small as a bayliner with out and balast systems or tower?
yes i ride behind a 19ft maxum with no ballest or tower and my friend does tantrums behind it
Any tips?
Its very possible. Sometimes we ride behid a 16 foot boston whaler and my friends are doing tantrums, backrolls, scarecrows and even 540s. Some pros can even do them with out a wake.
Doesnt a whaler have a huge wake? And i really cant see anyone doing scarecrows without a wake unlees there hitting a ramp
The whaler we ride behind has a very small wake. Its only a 16 foot. There are some pics on my website http://knology.net/~tab/wakeboard

if you got the skill... you can do it
you can do tantrums in the flats, with no wake.
If a tantrum is a back flip you can NOT bunny hop and do a back flip that's crazy, but if you can i really wunna learn how.
Guys do whirlys with no wake...
yes you can do them behind even a sea-doo/waverunner/jet ski/whatever you want to call it. Done it. Yes you can do them in the flats, and yes, a whirly with no wake is a tweety-bird.

egg roll, scarecrow in flats
square raley, raley in flats
off a bunny hop??? or off something else that i dont know about?
You have to "load the line" then essentially you bunny hop into the trick
essentially? so it's not really a bunny hop, it's somthing else i dont know about? o well any tips on tantrum?
Learn to huck really really fast. Most people learn on a bigger wake first and get the feel for it then when they are comfortable they can pretty much do them behind whatever. It helps if you're not tall too.
Sweet, im 5'3, so just jerk backwards? off the batt or when your good in the air becuase on a bayliner theres not much hang time
Check out Shaft, Parks does an ollie backflip to blind. It's not an air roll either, he lands a trick way out in the flats, and with no line tension. He tosses a straight backflip and brings it to blind. About that tantrum, I learned to do them on a boat with a tower, but after I got them down real solid I could do them easy enough without a tower. Some tips for doing it though would be to focus on going higher than far. Most tantrums you see are taken way out in the flats, but it doesn't need to be. Take a pretty fast cut at the wake, then start to change edges at the spray. DON'T start to roll it over until you are in the air. Without a tower, I usually will pull in my legs pretty tight, just to make up for the height. Let me know how it goes.
