The Sales Manager USA is responsible for the total sales in the USA: correct execution at boat and trade shows; maintenance and upkeep of the store and web shop; training of store- and web shop staff; give direction to the store- and web shop staff and responsible for the job performances of the store- and web shop staff; initiate progress meetings with store- and web shop staff.
• Manage the sales team for expos, demos, competitions, events
• Accomplish commercial success; increase sales through store and web shop
• Help build and maintain the Jobe concept store and web shop
• Manage the sales team in daily operations.
