Any public pools or water parks near by? Or try a commercial pool supply place, they use these for chlorine, chemical ect......Just an idea.

Foundrys always have a ton of them <BR> <BR>- just make sure you wash them out real well.

Restaurants may have the food barrels. Made of food grade plastic not sure if it's 55 gal or not. <BR>I have 4 but I use them as rain barrels.

theres a spot in the vallley (mateca,lathrop).i can get them for 7 bucks.let me know,we can work something out ,i live here and work in the bay .

Best place to find them is your local car wash. They get tons of them in with soap and wax in them. Mine around here are happy to get rid of them for a few bucks
