going through with the install of two new blue tops this weekend. Goign to run both into a Paerk switch and need to know what guage wire is reccommended. <BR> <BR>Neither run will be longer than a few feet, both batter will be right next to each other and the switch will be right about them. <BR> <BR>Just want to make sure I have enough wire for the job.

I do overkill from the battery to distribution blocks. I run zero guage. 2 or 4 would probably be ok. nothing smaller than 4.

check out welding cable at a welding supply. it is better than all but the highest quality audio stuff, and MUCH less expensive. the wire bundle is much finer and more dense, so it carries more current for the gage size than other cable. i used 4 gage for my dual blue-tops, no problems.
