Anyone have any ideas of making a grill to cover a port hole on a sub box? The port is square.

Grant, did you get the aluminum mesh at a specialty store or is this something that can be found at a Home Depot?

HOME DEPOT, LOL <img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/rofl.gif" border=0> <BR> <BR>Mc Nichols Co <BR>800 237 3820 <BR><a href="http://www.mcnichols.com" target="_blank">www.mcnichols.com</a> <BR>I had to buy a 4X10 sheet of it for $250, and then pay to have it trucked here. If you need some I can cut you a piece.

So i guess I couldn't find it on ebay either<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/rofl.gif" border=0>. After you mentioned the aluminum mesh, I searched around the internet, what about the screen type material you use to cover rain gutters? Have you/anyone tried that?
