6x9 or 6.5 tower speakers?
 

im changing out my cans soon, and there is a killer deal on 6x9's. i have 6.5's now. should i expect a differnece in sound/quality?

or should i stick w/ 6.5's

Sound quality wise, yes there should be a difference. A 6x9 has quite a bit more surface area then a round 6.5. This will yield more mid-bass due to a lower cross-over point.
