sorry guys but i think i have the most badass boat. check it out. <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/495308.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR>i got this 1988 ski nautique as my graduation present this spring, since a brand new boat was a little out of reach. the boat is in awesome shape for an 88, the 351 runs perfect and is capable of pushing the 1500 lbs of ballast onto plane with no problem. i added 2 400 lb bags on either side of the engine, a jug weighing close to 300 lbs, and then just recently added another 400 lb bag in the bow of the boat. i also installed a small sound system and threw a crappy tower on it. <BR> <BR>one of the coolest things about this boat is that the exhaust comes straight out of the headers down under the swim deck with no mufflers. who can deny the bada$$ness of the sound of a 351 straight off the headers? <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/495309.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/495310.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/495311.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/495312.jpg" alt="Upload">

Sam, You are correct this lake is in the Degobaa System. More commonly referred to as the DegoBig or DeGo-home Lake.. <BR> <BR>Ken, I could be wrong but I am almost sure this was the first set ever built as I provided all the dimensions and specifications when it was built. They had said that they had never made one like this before so i believed them. I'm a little more modest than my buddy Jason, but here is our 88. We bought it in 05 and have rebuilt the top end (cyl heads), installed the tower with racks and mirror, custom modified the bimini, all new upholstery/carpet, upgraded electrical system, and a new stereo/speakers. Oh and I just ordered a new cover from Cover Sports. Bremsen-how much to get your interior done. i have a very similar boat and it needs new interior BAD!

we paid $1500 for the upholstery. Probably have close to $2k in the interior all together.

Scott, they lied to you because they made them for me last year. I too provided the deminisions and they put cheap dub speakers in them. I replaced them with competition JL component speakers and used the dub grill. Here's a pic of them on my calabria that I just sold. They charged me $1400 and I had an additional $600 in the JL's. I got them at cost through a buddy the list price of them is 900 for the three pairs!
