Outback vs. VLX: Wake Width

My little sis is competing in a grom's comp in italy right now and I'm trying to work out if she should alter her rope length. They're using a Moomba Outback (dunno the year) but she usually goes off an '07 VLX. At a comp last weekend we were behind an X2 and I told her to move in 5 ft which worked, so how does the outback stack up in wake witdh compared to a VLX or an X2?

I would say to do the same thing over again but I'm not really sure about Moombas.

Hey Brian, you have a famous name, or are you the famous one?

The outback has a 95" beam and the VLX has a 100" beam, based on that I'd say the VLX creates a wider wake

You can't always go by beam.My Supreme is only 95" and the wake is pretty wide, even @ 24mph.

Pretty wide compared to what?
