My boat is a year and a half old and today the alternator started dying and was barely pumping out enough volts. My boat is an 06 mastercraft. I use the boat in saltwater and it isnt saltwater series, is the alternator covered under warrenty?

If you didn't get it wet the alternator shouldn't care if the boat was a saltwater series or not.
