Most multi-channel amps will send a signal to all 4 channels if there is only one set of RCAs. Some do have a selector switch like WS for instance to choose that feature.

According to the Spec page on their website it's dimensions are 8 1/16" x 1 5/8", but it doesn't say if that is overall or cutout. The installation manual was no help either. I suggest calling WS to to make sure.
