Check your sub amp, as many have a means for sub level control.

chpthril made a post in this thread: Kicker 10 zxmrlc v. PacLC1 v. Clarion eqs746
I use a ton of Kicker ZXM-RLC and also the LC pots. Kicker pro: short RCA's 9V line level per chnl marine can be surface or panel mounted True zone control, not "FADE" like an automotive EQ. If you have sub control now, how would you be losing i...

Avoid their Over-sized CCA. It will not fit many terminals of the same GA and it mushrooms something awful when you strip the insulation off.

chpthril made a post in this thread: Wiring Tower Speakers and Amp
For a 13ft x 2 run for that 2 chnl and 4 chnl amp, the 1/0 ga is fine for the trunk line and then 4 ga to both amp from the distribution block. Besides, I dont think that amp will accept 1/0 ga in the lugs. Have you considered selling the 6.5" ...

chpthril made a post in this thread: HLCD's on a budget
I would also plan and budget for some form of volume level control for the in-boat speakers. This will allow you crank up the tower speakers and turn down the in-boat level. The head-unit "FADE" works, but can sometimes mean scrolling through menu...
