Yes, its a "full range" speaker, but absolutely disagree with their reasoning for running it FP.

That 21V will have a borg warner velvet drive transmission thats 1:1 and a Walter v-drive thats likely a 1:1 but could also be a 1.48:1.

chpthril made a post in this thread: Looking for a pair of exile XM7's
If bimini clearance is an issue, have you looked into the Wet Sounds Rev-8? I think you will find the hang height of the larger 8" Rev-8 to be close to that of the smaller 6.5" xm7.

For a pair of 4 ohm SVC XS-12 woofers, I would look at the Kicker KX1600.1.

With the r1200.1, your woofers are only netting 400W rms each. I would also look into a woofer thats going to provide at least 1200W @ 2 ohm or upwards of 1500W @ 2 ohm. That will really wake them up.

Vee Drive, I understood your question completely. As stated, match the in-boats. Since you have two perfectly good marine Rockford M262 in the bow, then go with that model for in-boats. My answer was from an acoustical perspective. If you are loo...

chpthril made a post in this thread: Stereo Install Factory Re-do
I would stick with matching speakers whenever possible when in that close of a proximity. Even though they are divided by the windshield, there may be times that the difference sound signatures would be noticeable if you mixed in-boats. Feed them ...

chpthril made a post in this thread: D class Amp comparisons advice
How do you want to compare them? Those two amps in your links use basically the same chassis along with the polk. None of them are in the build quality arena with JL, Wet Sounds and Arc. Likely on par with the exile. Those amps seem to make the RM...
