Tom, you are exactly right. It is prop-sing. I had the shaft and packing inspected and both are perfect. I knew that I hadnt damaged it, but wanted to be sure. The singing does go away just after idle speed. Thanks for the tip on squaring up ...

I've had Sheffield Marine on Marine drive repair two props. They both make noise (squeek) while underway now... not cool. I tolerated it all last season, but need to get them fixed elsewhere because the squeeking is no bueno
