You need way more clearance. Whatever boat you buy you need to measure the highest bunk point at the rear to the top of the prop guard. Thats going to be your minimum from the cross member to the top of your bunks. Most are in that 14-18" range...

boardman74 made a post in this thread: What should I do with this boat?
Selling a boat like that without a trailer is going to be nearly impossible. If you sell the trailer separate your going to have to part out the boat. What you will find is your going to likely end up with a hull to try to dispose of and that is...

boardman74 made a post in this thread: What should I do with this boat?
Didn't I read on one of the forums that you are in business as a boat dealer now? Seems odd for that to be true and your asking advice on a forum what to do with a poor purchase. Not trying to be a smart a$$ but your not going to be in business ...

boardman74 made a post in this thread: Could a new depth gauge be wired to exisitng transducer & paddlewheel temp?
In the new boat the airmar paddle wheel assembly now houses speed, depth and temp all in the one unit. With you having an older transducer the comments above may not apply. Its going to matter what brand that transducer thats epoxied to your hul...

boardman74 made a post in this thread: Gekko boats 2015! What?
My buddy who owned a Revo had the same issue. He got it on a bro type deal as he owned a board shop and it took him like 2 years to dump it. I think he used it about a month before putting it up for sale.
