Liquid Force Trip Across America
The Crue
Shaun Moore - Last year's RV captain is at it again, but to a lesser extent. Shaun will be spending about 1 month of his time on the RV, rather than 6 straight months like last year. He's still riding, but spending most of his time going to College learning everything there is to know about multi-media. Shaun is the budding webmaster of the bunch.
Gregg Necrason - The style master/clean freak will be spending plenty of time on the RV this summer. Expect to see the RV spotless while he's on the tour. Gregg's always one of the best to have around. He's not afraid to spend a lot of time with the kids to make sure they come away from the event stoked.
Shawn Watson - Watson will not only amaze with his riding ability, but kid's will be amazed at how cool of a kid he is. Shawn definitely has not let success go to his head and loves to wakeboard as much as he did 5 years ago. He's definitely fun to hang with. Just don't ask him too many intellectual questions, unless you want to see him drool all over himself.
Chase Heavener - You either love him, or you hate him. Banned from many media sources and shops, yet loved by just as many. Chase has done a lot to influence the direction our sport has gone, and now he's taken that one step further by creating his own production company. Attention Deficit came out with Hotdoggin' this season and will be following that film up shortly with a new release.
Shane Bonifay - Who really paid $60 for this kid's dreadlocks on E-Bay? That's what I want to know. Don't they know how dirty this kid is? Lucky for Shane, hygene doesn't have much to do with how good somebody wakeboards. Shane has definitely come into his own as of late. He's one of the most creative riders out there, and currently has bragging rights to the sickest cover ever on a wakeboard mag, with his nose press on the newest issue of Alliance.
Thomas Horrell - The Skate punk of the crew. The best wakeskater in the world. If you think differently, you haven't seen him ride in person. The developer of Cassette will be on the RV for a good portion of this summer and will be preaching the benefits of wood and griptape. He's helped start a new movement and is leading the charge for the future of wakeskating.
Kyle Schmidt - Perhaps the most underrated of the crew. He's been hidden in obscurity out in Clermont at the Wakeboard Camp, but many who have been to the camp know what he brings to the table. Kyle's a super mellow kid that can teach any trick in the book, and can pretty much do all of them too. Look for Kyle to be rolling 'trucker style' this summer on the RV.
Aaron Grace - The potato farming spinner. Aaron's one of the coolest guys in our sport, and also one of the busiest. When he's not selling surfboards for Rusty, he's managing his wakeboard team for Spy. In between all of his duties he somehow finds time to cruise on the RV. He'll be preaching the virtues of the big boards this summer, when he's hitting big 5's on his Huckster 47.
Myles Vickers - MV, straight outta Truckee. He pushed his way into this group by being one of the funniest kids we've met in a long time. He's the antics kid on the RV. Watch your back when he's around. His claim to fame is that he was the kid getting socked in the face in Hotdoggin', and he's got a 3rd nipple. The tech deck champ is also a super smooth rider, and can stick a big spin on the Cassette wake to wake.
Jim Leatherman - Jimbo's another Truckee local. He and Myles had nothing better to do, so they moved to Orlando to live with Chase and company. Jim, one of the strong partners in Attention Deficit, can out-jib 95% of the pro's. He's got the most incredible balance on the rails, but don't expect him to have too much balance during the late night festivities.
Tina Bessinger - Mama Bess will be along to help keep the crew in line. When she's not running the Bessinger Sessions, she'll be helping to spread the stoke of Wakeboarding to everyone the RV encounters.
