The people who are responsible for creating and sustaining the sport of wakeboarding are not the pros you read about in the magazines. It's you, the wakeboarding layman (laywoman?). This whole industry began at the grass roots level and that's where it continues to grow. WakeWorld's Rider Link section nurtures this growth and salutes the participants at the local level.

WakeWorld provides the Rider Link database of riders in which anybody and everybody can put their contact info. This provides a forum for riders to hook up with each other no matter where they might live. You can search the database by country or state and find a riding partner or third right in your own town. Our Rider Link interviews give you a look at riders you might find in your own backyard. They aren't making the big wakeboarding bucks, but are hitting the water as often as possible for the pure love of the sport. It doesn't matter if you're working on a 180 or an Orbital is child's play for you. We'll interview anybody that can't get enough of wakeboarding in their system.
