| Does anyone know what the difference between the Storm Packages are? 1, 2 and 3?

| This should give you an idea. Based on what it has, it is either Storm III or Storm II that was upgraded afterwards (tower speakers, bling bling, etc)
Go to Avalanche C4, then Features/Options, then Package Options

Storm 2-storm 1 plus rear ballast, sub/amp, swivel racks and dual batteries.
Storm 3-storm 1 plus storm 2 plus PerfectPass and trim tab.
