I have some friends that have had some serious issues with their boat and it has been in and out of the dealer numberous times. Does anyone know if there is a lemon law for boats in California. I have done some research and have not found anything that applies to CA.

As far as I know, "lemon laws" do not apply to boats.

www.lemoncarlawyer.com/callemonlaw.htm

According to a quick google search, CA does have a lemon law that includes boats.

www.dca.ca.gov/legal/m-1.htm also provides info.

Apparently, this applies to such items as wheel chairs too.
