Does my Mastercraft Prostar 205V have a stuffing box or shaft seal? Used to have a Sanger with a stuffing box which required occasional adjustment. Does the 205V shaft require any adjustment? Thanks.
Bill

Every inboard I've seen had a stuffing box. Just take a look down the prop shaft. You should see two big nuts that are used to tighten the stuffing right where it goes through the hull. Let us know if you need more info.

Good Luck,

Willy
